The release of 1.9.2 allowed BuddyPress pages to show up on mobile devices which is awesome!

The interface adapted surpassingly well, except when uploading Avatars. When uploading an Avatar via smart phone (I’m using the iPhone 4s) there are a few issues that surface;

1. It tends to crop the image on the opposite side of where the user places the crop tool (i.e. If you try to crop your face as the Avatar, the crop will end up either on your chest or opposite side of the picture).
2. If you play with the cropping issue enough you can trick it into cropping the portion you want. Everything will look fine on your phone, but when look at your site via computer, the avatar image displays sideways (Rotated 90 degrees).

I believe this is a BuddyPress issue and not unique to my site or phone. However, I wanted to post this before I attempt to submit a Ticket regarding the issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this or have an thoughts on why it may be happening.
