Buddypress menu to pages

I was wondering if there was any way of me turning the options on the buddypress top menu (my account) and make things like ‘profile’ ‘messages’ ‘settings’ into actual pages. So as I can add these pages to my “page” menu. Like the standard buddypress menus contain groups, members, activity. However I want to add profile and messages to this.
I’m using the latest versions of buddy and wordpress.
