BuddyPress.org

Just wondering if anybody has any suggestions.

I’d like to have a BuddyPress site and allow users to switch language or for user’s browser language to be detected and switch wp/bp language accordingly. I don’t need user content (activity status etc) translating, just the text usually in the .mo file and any wordpress posts/pages/widgets.

I have tried wpml, polylang and others. Some of these work OK (though not perfectly) for WP standalone but they don’t seem to work at all with BuddyPress.

Any ideas?
