Did you try a fresh save of your permalinks?

    wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks
Select Post Name under Common Settings
Then click Save – even if you did not change anything.

That folder will not exist in ftp.

Did you assign a page to the Members component?

    wp-admin > Settings > BuddyPress > Pages

Assign a page to each item shown on that screen. You can create a page and assign it – but leave the page blank.
