BuddyPress.org

I am using WordPress 3.7.1. and my version of Buddypress is Version 1.8.1. My site is http://www.thebrazilianlanguage.com. What is happening is: I click on the “Groups” tab from within the WordPress admin panel and it takes me to http://thebrazilianlanguage.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-groups. On the groups page, there is the link “Add New”, but, when I click on the link, it takes me to http://thebrazilianlanguage.com/user-groups/create/step/group-details/. On this page, there is nothing but the title “Archive”. I noticed that the “Add New” link is suppose to be linked to http://thebrazilianlanguage.com/user-groups/create/ (if you were to hover the mouse over the link), however, I have attempted to directly access this page and get a 404 error message.

Other note worthy observations:

Any of the links I click on in the Dashboard, i.e. Activity, Friends, Groups, Messages, Settings, Profile, appears to take me to this same page – “Archive” and also, in the browser title field it is showing html code instead of the actual title of the page.

So, Buddypress is not working for me. Can someone identify the problem? Is it something I am doing wrong or am I missing something?
