    How to have obvious buddypress notification system on site and on wp touch? I would like to have a facebook style notification system on my website, if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great!

    I do not understand precisely, what your problem is. – However, have you activated the ‘Notification’-component of BuddyPress within your WordPress-settings (Settings/BuddyPress/Components)?
