Buddypress on WordPress 5.1. Update? Compatibility is “unknown” for update.

Hi,

Straight forward question – Should I update to WordPress 5.1? I see Buddypress is only tested to 5.0.3 but as per the official Buddypress WordPress Version compatibility page https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/wordpress-version-compatibility/ it states:

“BuddyPress shines brightest when run on the newest available version of WordPress – we optimize for the latest and greatest. For this reason, the BuddyPress team strongly recommends that all WordPress installations be kept up to date.”

It is okay to update to WP 5.1
Due to an oversight, the ‘tested to’ data was not changed for the latest BP release.
It will be fixed shortly.
