I cannot upload a background image for the cover page. Nor can I upload my photos / change photo. I do have a Gravatar account. Why is this not working?

Hi Steve

It’s not meant to work. We need to update buddypress.org to remove/hide those options. Sorry for the confusion.

Then it begs the question. How is it that you and others “can” have a photo?

create a wordpress.org account if you want a custom picture for your profile.

hi LoneWolf.. did you manage to find a solution to this? This upload avatar and background pic in the BP profile of my site is not working as well. Not the WP avatar thingy, but the native to the BP site. In my case the ‘upload’ button does not respond. thanx in advance!
