Buddypress Posts sent to Facebook Page

Hi, does anyone know if a plug-in exists that will automatically send Buddypress Posts to a site’s Facebook Page? I’m looking for something that will update my site’s facebook page without me having to go in and “liking” posts on my BuddyPress site.
Hopefully I’ve explained it well enough. I’ve found a few that seem to import data automatically FROM Facebook, but I’m having trouble finding one that will export data TO Facebook.
