1. If i will purchase a buddy press theme can i modify it and remove the links in it..
2. on footer (WordPress MU, BuddyPress and Avenue B2) links can be removed or not….

please provide me detail about it.

Yes, in the file footer.php you can remove that content and replace it with your own.
