BuddyPress user profile cover-page photo upload button not working

Hi,
Am new to wordpress, don’t have coding knowledge.
I have created a wordpress website and i created some users, when user try to upload profile cover page the photo upload button not working, when i click on that button not responding.
Can any one help me on this
