“BuddyPress Usernames Only” Plugin not working :/

I am trying to get the plugin, “BuddyPress Usernames Only (0.58)” to work, but when I activate it, nothing happens…
I am running WordPress 3.3
I am running Buddypress 1.5.2
I am using a customized theme (pandora theme) that was previously not Buddypress compatible.My website is pokemonsocial.com
I am not sure what to do to get it to work. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
