BuddyPress v 1.1 plugin add plug , install fatal error

How do I use the new version of Buddypress 1.1

I removed all other plugins , and verified MU works.

1st I upload via FTP after download,

activate plugin, Fatal error.

Removed the plugin and verify MU works

Did add plugin

searched for buddypress

Installed with no error

activate

fatal error

what am i doing wrong?

There was a bug with WPMU reporting this message, but it still activated the plugin correctly.
