Hi Guys

I’m new here and I’m trying to figure out how BuddyPress works and what I can achieve with it.

I am trying to setup a system whereby I can enter an external url of an article and this would then display a few lines of text and any images from the external source onto my website. This is similar to how facebook works. I don’t want to just imporrt rss feeds, I would like the ability to pick and choose which articles I link to.

I was told this could be achieved with Buddypress and FeedWordpress. I should also mention I am using the latest version of wp and it’s MU.

Would anyone know if this is do-able?
