bug on find a member

There is a bug on my site on find a member page, when you are on the page 2 or more, if you follow someone, it then takes you back to Page 1 and you have to go back to where you were on Page 2 to continue down. Is there any way that you can just click to follow and it automatically says follow so you can very quickly scan down the pages and follow people.
