can someone PLEASE help me with this idea

    I noticed when you refresh the page or go to another page, the buddybar/admin bar gets refreshed too which really isn’t necessary i believe, is there any way to make that not refresh kinda like how on facebook the chat doesn’t refresh, thanks

    The reason its so noticeable is because it loads last. It is called in the footer. I know somewhere here there is a hack to call it in the header, but because of a lack of search tools I can’t find the post.
