Can the BP Main theme be on blog #2?

I’m currently running WPMU, and would like to know if I can integrate buddypress, but have the BuddyPress “homepage” on a subdomain that is not the root domain?

ie.

WPMU is installed on domain.com. Can I run the BuddyPress homepage, (with new bloggers, active bloggers, etc) on community.domain.com?

Sure you can. It’s just a theme like any other theme.
