BuddyPress.org

I have a wordpress multisite where users sign up and make pages to show off their sports stats. I installed buddypress so users could friend each other but when a user clicks the link on the friends widget it takes them to the buddypress activity stream. Is there a way to setup the link to go to their blog instead of the activity stream. Sadly my guess is no, but I was hoping someone might know a work around like allowing a user to add a link to the activity stream that could point to their blog. I am running latest version of genesis with the agency child theme and the latest version of buddypress.
