cannot acces my testbp account anymore!!

the username the system during the passw renewal process does not exist.
Part of the problem is the difference between the user name and the screen name, it’s confusing.
So I don’t know what I’m supposed to do to be able to log back into my account. Has no one else experienced this before? Isn’t there a flaw in WPmu’s pass renewal procedure ?
