Cannot Delete Group

I cannot delete this group. Why? I select the I Understand box and hit Delete and it just reloads the same page with the alert. What’s up with that?

If no one knows, could you tell me which table / record to look for in my database to get rid of them there? Thanks!

Sigh… never mind, thank god for the database. Always a life saver.

I just hope deleting groups won’t be an issue in the future.
