We haven’t experienced this before. I tried registering on your site, but it asks for an activation to acess buddypress.
What happens if you switch to the default theme? At times, themes using non standard ways of using js are known to interfere with our functionality.

Thanks for your prompt response! I don’t know why you ran into that issue? I have done a test registration myself on my site a couple of times without any problem. So, I don’t know what could it be the case. Did you register yourself through the LoginRadius plugin?
Yes, I logged in via facebook. The other way is too cumbersome, in comparison.
Nevertheless, just try how it goes with the default buddypress theme, once. It is way beyond our business hours (about 10 pm), so I’d only be able to check it in the morning, tomorrow, along with the team. We’ll register via the standard form, then.

Thank you very much. You are welcome to register through the standard registration to see how it will work. But, it’s good that you mentioned about registering through facebook, which is not so convenient anyway. So, I will try to register a test profile via facebook too to see how it works.
