can’t able to post comment !! PLease Help !!

i i would’t not able to post comment
when i post comment it goes to sitename/activity/reply and show page not found
please help to solve it
i have WP 3.3.2, BP 1.5.5, BB press 2.0.2, bp-default theme,Single WP and cpanel VPS server
and also using plugin like BuddyPress Activity Plus,BP Redirect to Profile for Buddypress
and i tried all things to solve this issue but yet not get result
i tried to re-install theme and BP plugin but can’t get resultPlease help ASAP
