Can’t access root component after update to bp-1.6

I’m getting 404 page not found for component directory. Not sure what I have to change in my plugin.
$bp->current_component is empty when hooking into ‘wp’ action, so my old components fails to load its directory screens. But the same components is ok when viewing a profile page. Only the directory is not been found.
I’ve instaled the new buddypress-skeleton-component, and I couldn’t found the example directory too.
There’s a different way to do things in the new buddypress?
I’m using wp 3.4 and buddypress 1.6.1. Before buddypress version was 1.2.8.
