Can't add beyond 12 posts/threads under 1 group on forums

I have a bbpress forum running with 4 groups in all. When I add 1 to 12 different threads on a group it works fine.
If I try adding anything more than 12 thread/new posts to any group the “Post New” link stops working! Can’t add any new posts to the groups because of this.

Has this happened to anyone else? How do I fix the problem?
