Can’t change the color of the top nav bar

Am using Darwin – changed the header and the background as well as the navigation tabs below the header image to ‘match’ the look and feel of my client’s site – but – cannot find the top red nav bar or the proper text to change the text color from white once I do change it (the one that is black on this site and stays static as the page scrolls). Have altered and reloaded the nav-bg.gif – to no avail… help…. thanks!
