Change default RSS feed

When a google reader user types my url (http://socraticmama.into com) google reader to subscribe to my feed this is the default feed feed://socraticmama.com/forums-3/activity-streams/feed/
I don’t like that. I would like to change it to this feed instead: feed://socraticmama.com/feed
Any ideas? I am a super newbie so please dumb it down as much as possible. (Just learned what a RSS feed was so I could even ask the question).
