Change Email Verification Code Not working

    Everything good apart from when a user changes their email in the profile section. The email is generated and sent to the user correctly. When they hit the validation link (eg:/members/luchy/settings/verify_email_change/3DPfzczO0sn5xusX06XfcXzH6NTse1Wp9t&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNF3N16ABiqE-bWibuDFcku1mi4fpw)

    It gives a 404 when logged out
    It does nothing apart from go to the users profile if logged in.

    WP 4.7.3
    BP 2.8.2

    It’s not the email not sending – it’s the verification hash not doing anything…
    I tested inside WP admin and the email changes correctly.
    There are no plugins to stop user verification or hacks.
