Change @name from username

    Is there a way to change the @name used in BuddyPress so that it doesn’t give away the username used by a user, or admin.

    This is especially useful for the admin users, as I don’t want anybody to see the usernames used for the admin accounts for security.

    Are there any plugins or anything that would allow a user to create their own @name, as I understand how using a first name would just cause problems as soon as two people arrive with the same name.

    The username will be used in the profile URL so there’s no way of hiding it fully.
