Change permalinks when moving test site to production

I have a Buddypress site which I developed using a subdirectory as a testbed (www.larrymac.net/dcpress). When I move the files to my production site (www.domaincleveland.net), everything works, but all of the links point to the larrymac.net URLs.

Is there a way to change the permalinks to be relative or point to the name domain? Or is there another way to move a test site to production? PLEASE don’t tell me I screwed up the test site and will have to start over! 🙂
