Change position of Notifications

Hi,

I looked around the forum and google, but I’m not able to find an answer. The ones I found are not working.

I would like to move the ‘Notifications’ to a bar in my theme and don’t have it appear in the wpadmin bar.

Any ideas how I can achieve that?
