Change profile button on hover

I need help building a function in a buddypress site where user can change his/her profile picture by just hovering mouse on avatar.
Just like facebook when user will hover on profile picture, a link will be shown to change profile picture.

Not too hard, add a button near avatar image and use css to place it over image. Hide the button until you hover.
