change URL-path for german-language ?

So as I am running a german-language-website, I would like to change the URL-path from english-language to german-language, like the following:

change from:

http://domain.com/members

change to:

http://domain.com/mitglieder

How to do this ?

Also, when changing this: will this have an impact on future BP-version-upgrades ?

You can use this constants in your wp-config to change the linknames.
