Changing profile picture of a participant as administrator

I’m creating new users to test buddypress functionality, I can change their profiles, but I can not change their profile picture as administrator, I can do it just if I log in as the new user, is it possible to up;pad or change a user’s profile pic as administrator without log out and then log in as the user?

As site admin you can do anything.

There is normaly an Edit button on the Toolbar. When logged as admin and you’re on a profile, hover this button to show an edit profile photo item.

I can see the toolbar and I can change my profile picture , but I don’t see how to change someone else’s picture, I can modify their profile by selecting the user, then settings, but I don’t see any option for the picture.

Go to the members directory page. Click the member in which you wish to change their profile pic. Then in the toolbar towards the right side you will see “edit member” and then select “edit profile photo.”

Thanks a lot, I was able to change and upload the photo, but for some reason, the pic uploads on its left side, it needs to be rotated clockwise, but I don’t see any option for it, I rotated the photos from their original location in the computer, but still doesn’t work, any idea?
