Changing strig from $type = ‘gravatar’ to $type = ‘local’ Does not work

Hi,

I want to change the default mistery man image. I don’t want do dissable gravatars for users, just to change the default one.

If i definde BP_AVATAR_DEFAULT I am getting some PHP erros so this is not an option.

I tryed to change the bp_core_avatar_default type from ‘gravatar’ to ‘local’ and after that to just replace the local image with mine but it doesnt worg, I am getting again a Gravatar generated mistery man – //www.gravatar.com/avatar/e245e61ba824ca34f3d348fcb61d071f?d=mm&s=250&r=G

Can anyone help me with this issue.
