Code login, when not logged in…

I currently have the code below. However, when not logged in I want to show the words login, and have that open up to a login box when clicked on. Or at least have them redirected to the login page.
Note: It would have to fit in a 25px x 70px area (login box can overlap)
Any ideas, much appreciated. Thanks
