Combining custom profile field with the Name field

Hello,
For two days I’ve been searching for a solution but can’t get it done. I really need for my network Name, Middle Name and Last name and now there are many ppl with the same Name and I can’t find a way to combine all the profile fields so I can display the full name site wide. I tried to write a code but programming
= me. I’m sure a developer can write a snippet to put in in functions.php and I would really appreciate it if someone can help with this issue.
I’m using the latest version of Buddypress and WordPress.Kind regards
