Comments notification doesn’t work

In my site (http://pickandpopculture.it) buddypress notifications works just on mentions, when I reply to a comment’s user he doesn’t see any kind of notification. Is this problem just of my site?
Wordpress 4.2.2 with “Hueman theme”

Thanks so much but…how can I apply the patch to the php file? I’m trying to do that with NetBeans but it doesn’t work…

Take a look at the Apply a Patch Using TortoiseSVN article. The article focuses on WordPress, but the same idea should apply to BuddyPress.

Thanks, I did it and I applied the patch to the file and then I uploaded that to my wordpress folder, but nothing has changed and notifications still doesn’t appear…

You should note the ticket is still under development, which means the patch provided may not fully work. If you notice something not working then feel free to provide feedback directly in the Trac ticket.
