Complete Sign Up button not working

WP – 3.8.1 BP – 1.9.2 Plugins – BuddyPress
I’m using BP 1.9.2 with the Roots.io theme,once the complete sign up button clicked the page just reloads. I’ve installed everything in a localhost sub dir and my sub dir folder starts with a lowercase letter. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
