After installing/activating BuddyPress I noticed that with nearly all the components were enabled, but I was only seeing 3 in the section where you assign the component to a page. Did I miss something or is this a known issue? I deactivated the plugin until I could find a solution/alternative but can re-activate to capture screen shots if need be.

    WP 4.5.2 (i-max theme), BP 2.5.2
(Site is not live – under construction)

This is not an issue, but how it works !

The’re only 3 pages to assign when you activate ALL components.

    1) members
    2) site activity
    3) groups

If registering is allowed, you have 2 other pages:
    – registering
    – activation

Xprofile, Messages, Friends, etc are mostly sub parts of the mandatory Members component/page.

    Configure BuddyPress
