Conditional fields on register.php form

I have installed wp-roles-at-registration plugin and it shows me ROLES dropdown list on register.php form , I have only 3 roles there (model, agency, visitor) , and I was wondering if I can have a form which does following:
some model click on the role model , then it shows model form group fields , Gravity Forms works exactly like that , it should be very nice to have a register form depending on:
IF model then show model form 1
IF agency – show agency form 2
IF visitor – shows nothing else
