I am looking for a plugin (or a way) to add a new tab on members’ profiles that would be called “Contact” so any logged off visitors could fill a contact form to contact admin regarding the member. Only issue I would find even if this existed would be to input the name of the member in the form.
“Regarding: Members full name”

Does this exist? If not, is there any way to do that?

*OR*

A way to append say cotact 7 forms to the bottom or end of the profile list on a member’s profile page.
