Cover Image missing upload page?

Hi Guys,
I cant recall when this took place but I have just noticed that i cant upload cover images, when i go to my profile i can upload profile pic, but when i click cover image where the upload icon should be, nothing shows, just a white space.
I have just updated wordpress to the latest version today and also updated BP, so both are on the latest versions.
The theme i am using is Inspirebook, if i change the theme it makes no difference.
