I’m on the cover image upload page in my profile and there is nowhere to actually upload the cover image. I can see in the source that /cover-images/index.php is being loaded these divs are in the source code:

<div class="bp-cover-image-status"></div>
<div class="bp-cover-image-manage"></div>

I can’t see any errors in the console. I’m not sure what’s going wrong to be honest.
