Create Group for some other user?

Hi,
I am the admin of my site. I want to be able to create a group and attach it another admin (not myself). So far the process is rather complicated and I am afraid that when I tell my client he has to jump back and forth from frontend to backend, it confuses him since he’s not very handy with buddypress.
So here’s the step I have to take so far:
Frontend: create group
Go to backend: delete myself as admin, then add new member, then select him as admin
What I want:
Have the backend OR frontend give me an option to create a group for a certain user.Any ideas? Am I missing something here?
