Creating a new group page

    I am trying to create a new page for single groups

    /groups/$group-name/new-page.php

    And i need that page to NOT be linked in any menu, i am just trying to create a blank group page that just displays the ajax join/leave button and member count if user is logged in, and the member count and login link if the user is not logged in.

    Instructions, or hints on where to find instructions, would be appreciated greatly as i have searched high and low and am at my wits end…

    No help, i guess? I must be explaning this wrong because i cant get anyone on odesk to help either. Weird, seems like it should be so simple.
