Creating Menu to Activity Submenu Groups

I would like to create a Menu link to directly open a submenu item under Activity called groups. I can easily link to the activity menu by changing the CSS class of the menu to ‘bp-menu bp-activity-nav’. How do I link to the submenu directly called ‘Groups’ underneath the User Activity. The URL Link is http://somewordpressurl/members/userid/activity/groups/
