Is there a BuddyPress CSS guide?

I’m trying to figure out how to edit the font-size of the navigation tabs (activity, profile, quick post, etc.) but I can’t seem to peg them down in the stylesheet.

By far the easiest solution is to install the Firebug for Firefox addon:
