Custom field visibility

When changing field visibility it gives me the following options for people to see.
– everyone, members, visitors
Is it possible to create more specific options such as businesses, charities etc that it is specific for?
As when filling in options for the field visibility there is information that might only need to be seen or is important to specific groups as the current groups are too broad and not specific enough ?
