I would like to change the URL for members on our Buddypress site so that instead of using the username (www.mysite.co.uk/members/username

it uses a custom buddypress field (www.mysite.co.uk/members/businessname)

I have found this article and can change it so the URL reads the above but the profile doesnt load and you get a 404 error.
