Custom Profile Template only shows in exampleuser/profile instead of exampleuser

    Hi

    I have created a custom template for members profiles in profile-loop.php. This seems like the logical place to create a custom profile template since this is what is shown in /exampleuser/profile. However, within the members directory the link to a members profile is /exampleuser/.

    How can I resolve this? Do I completely ignore profile-loop.php and just create the custom template in the file that shows in /exampleuser/?

    Update:

    Should I have changed the profile in home.php instead of profile.php? I want to make sure that edit etc. look different. I think when I had edited home.php before I could see all of the changes on edit pages etc.

    Update 2: I didn’t put the custom profile template in template.php; I put the custom template in profile-loop.php. Wrong?
